Service

InferenceBrain provides API access to AI inference. Requests consume prepaid credits at published catalog prices. Budgets are enforced at the gateway; usage reporting may lag by a few minutes.

Accounts & keys

Keep API keys secret; you are responsible for usage under your keys. We may revoke keys involved in abuse.

Acceptable use

See the Acceptable Use Policy. Processing a person's likeness or voice requires their consent.

Credits

Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and refundable only where required by law. Promotional credits may expire.

Your content

You retain rights to your inputs and outputs. We do not train on your data. Inference inputs/outputs are not stored by the control plane; transient processing copies live only as long as the job.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided as-is; model outputs may be inaccurate. Liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the last 3 months of spend.
